Know all persons by these presents that George E. MacKinnon and Elizabeth D. MacKinnon, husband and wife, owners and
proprietors of the following -described property situated in the State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin, to wit:
That part of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 32, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of
the 5th Principal Meridian, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the East line of said South-
west quarter of the Southeast quarter with the centerline of Watertown Road; thence North along the East line of
said Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter to the Northeast corner of said Southwest quarter of the South-
east quarter; thence West along the North line of said Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter to a point
distant 297 feet East from the Northwest corner of said Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter; thence South
parallel with the West line of said Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter to said centerline; thence East-
erly along said centerline to the point of beginning, except the West 325 feet of that part of said property
lying South of the North 44.3.5 feet thereof,
have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as KINTYRE , and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for
public use forever the road, and the drainage and utility easements as shown on this plat.
