Know all persons by these presents that Paul J. Kaster and Mary Ellen Kaster, husband and wife, owners and proprietors
of the following -described property situated in the State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin, to wit;
K STER COVE That part of Lots 1, 2, and 3, Black 2, lying West of the shore of lake Minnetonka;
Lots 4 to 13 inclusive, Block 2;
That part of Lots 14, 15, and 16, Block 2, lying East of a line drawn parallel with and 30.00 feet Northwesterly
from the Northeasterly extension of the Westerly line of Lots 14, 15, 16, and 17, Block 3;
all in "Winship's Subdivision of Lot 1, Spring Park, 2nd Division", According to the recorded plat thereof,
have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as KASTER COVE , and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for
public use forever the road, and the drainage easement as shown on this plat.
