KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That James P. Deanovic and Deborah W. Deanovic, husband and wife, fee owners, and
Private Bank Minnesota, a Minnesota corporation, mortgagee of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,

That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 32, Township 118, Range 23, lying Southerly of the
Southwesterly right-of-way of the Burlington -Northern Railway, except the East 730 feet thereof.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as JACOBS MILL, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use
forever the Road, drainage and utility easements and drainage easements as shown on the plat.
