KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Kenneth R. Lantto and Barbara J. Lantto, husband and wife, and Allen Dubbeldee
and Debs Dubbeldee, husband and wife, owners of the following described property: Lots 73 and 74; Those parts
of Lots 72 and 75, and of the vacated 18 foot alley Northeasterly of and adjoining said Lot 72, Spring Park,
which lie Northwesterly of a line drawn from the most Easterly corner of said Lot 75 to a point on the South-
westerly line of said Lot 72, which point is also the most Easterly corner of Lot 162, WINSHIP'S SUBDIVISION OF
SPRING PARK LOTS; All in Spring Park.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as IVY ESTATES and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public
for public use forever the drainage and utility easements as shown on the plat. In witness whereof,
Kenneth R. Lantto and Barbara J. Lantto, also Allen Dubbeldee and Debs Dubbeldee have caused these presents
