Carlson, husband and wife, contract purchasers, of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit: The tract marked Reserve in the plat of "Pleasant View Lake Minnetonka", according to the recorded plat thereof. And that Charles Leroy Pegelow, fee owner, and Ethel M.
