RELEASE OF
DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT
RELEASE OF DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT granted this 24th day of May, 2021, by
the CITY OF ORONO, a Minnesota municipal corporation ("City").
WHEREAS,the City and Hashem Abukhadra,Trustee of the Irrevocable Trust Agreement
of Suad Azhari u/t/a dated March 23, 1990,have entered into a Developer's Agreement dated April
12, 2007 and recorded October 9, 2008 as Hennepin County Document No. A9192174
Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to release and discharge the property legally
described on Exhibit A("Property") from the Agreement;
WHEREAS,all requirements of the Agreement have been met as to the Property and there
is no longer a need to have the Agreement recorded against the Property.
NOW THEREFORE,be it resolved by the City of Orono, Minnesota:
The Property described on Exhibit A is released and discharged from the Agreement.
ADOPTED this 21st day of May, 2021.
