Know all persons by these presents that Karl R. Gardner and Betty P. Gardner, husband and wife, owners and proprietors
of the following -described property situated' in the State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin, to wit: That part
of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 28, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal
Meridian, lying West of the East 430 feet of said Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter, and Southerly of the
