That The City of Orono, a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota, fee owner of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit: That part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9, Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, described, as follows-.
