KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That Hashem Abukhadra, Trustee of the
Irrevocable Trust Agreement of Suad Azhari u/t/a dated March 23, 1990, fee owner of the
following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
The East Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; The West Half of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; and the West 114 feet of the East Half of the
Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, all in Section 3;
That part of Government Lot 1, Section 10, which lies North of the Great Northern Railway
right-of-way;
All it Township 117, Range 23, in Hennepin County, Minnesota,
Has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as FOX ISLAND, and does hereby donate and
dedicate to the public for public use forever the public way, drainage and utility easements and
drainage easements as shown on the plat.
