KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Bruce Construction Company, a Minnesota corporation, fee
owner, of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, KLITZKE ADDITION, according to the recorded plat thereof, which lies easterly of
the following described line:
Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence on an assumed bearing of North 89 degrees
41 minutes 21 seconds West along the south line of said Lot 2 a distance of 55.00 feet to the point of
beginning of the line to be described; thence North 19 degrees 02 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of
155.00 feet and said line there terminating.
