KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Vincent R. Anderson and Virginia B. Anderson,
husband and wife, owners and proprietors of the following described property
situated in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota to wit:
Lot 5 and the Southwesterly four (4) feet of Lot 6 in Coffee's Addition to
Shadywood, according to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office
of the Registrar of Titles in and for said Hennepin County.
