Know all men by these presents that Robert F. Dongoske and Carol Sue Dongoske, husband and wife, owners and proprietors,
and Ellen L. Gullickson, mortgagee of the following-descritaed property situated in the State of Minnesota and the County
of Hennepin, to wit: The Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter, except that part thereof embraced in the plat of
Forest Arms Country Qub Addition, and except the South 200 feet of the West 386.2 feet of said Northwest quarter of the
Northeast quarter, and except that part of said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter lying Northeasterly of the
centerline of County Road No. 151, Section 7, Township 117 North, Range 23 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, the West
and North boundary lines of which tract ere particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the
Northwest quarter of the Northeast qunrter of seid Section 7, indicated by a concrete monument bearing a brass plate
marked "Judicial Land Mark” located at said point; thence North along the West line of the Northeast quarter of said Sec-
tion 7 a distance of 1312 and 15/100 feet to the point of intersection of said line with the North line of said Section 7,
indicated by a sandstone monument located at said point; thence Sest along the North line of said Section 7 a distance of
2008 and 5/1C feet to the intersection of said ling with the North Arm of Lake Minnetonka, indicated by a concrete monu-
ment with a brass plate marked "Judicial Land Mark" located at said point, have caused the same to be surveyed and
platted as FOREST ARMS , and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the drive, lane, and
road am shown on this plat; also subject to utility and drainage easements as shown on this plat.
