KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Donald W. Eckstrom and Cora L. Eckstrom, husband and wife, fee
owners of the following described property, situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit;
That part of the Southwest-�,4uarter of Section 27, Township 118, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
described as follows: Commencing at the northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence westerly
along the north line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 550 feet to the point of beginning of
the land to be described; thence westerly along the north line of said Southwest Quarter a distance
of 485.54 feet; thence southerly parallel with the east line of said Southwest Quarter to the
northerly line of Hennepin County State Aid Highway Number 6; thence easterly along the northerly
line of said Hennepin County State Aid Highway Number 6 to the intersection with a line drawn
southerly and parallel with the east line of said Southwest Quarter from the point of beginning;
thence northerly along the last described parallel line to the point of beginning.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as ECKSTROM ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate to
the public for public use forever the utility and drainage easements as shown on this plat.
