KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Clifford L. Otten and Louise Wakefield
Otten, husband and wife, fee owners of the following described property
situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota to wit:
Outlot A and Lot 2, Block 3, RINGERSWOOD, according to the plat thereof on
file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said
County.
The boundaries of the plat have been determined by Judicial Landmarks set
