Know all persons by these presents that Robert E. Dumas and Kathryn Dumas, husband and wife, owners and proprietors
of the following -described property situated in the State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin, to wit:
The North 860 feet of the South 880 feet of the West half of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter,

have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as DUMAS ORCHARDS , and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public
for public use forever the drainage and utility easements as shown on this plat.
