KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Creekside in Orono, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, fee owner and
Construction Mortgage Investors Co., a Minnesota corporation, mortgagee, of the following described property situated in the
County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
