COUNTRYSIDE MANOR 3RD ADDITION
KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That Kerry S. Nassauer and Kiann B. Nassauer, husband
and wife, fee owners of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of
Minnesota, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 2, COUNTRYSIDE MANOR 2ND ADDITION;
Also
That part of vacated Manor Circle, as dedicated in the plat of Countryside Manor 2nd Addition
lying westerly of the centerline of said Manor Circle,
And that Julie M. Morrison -Arne and Brian D. Arne, wife and husband, fee owners of the following
described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 1, COUNTRYSIDE MANOR 2ND ADDITION;
Also
That part of vacated Manor Circle, as dedicated in the plat of Countryside Manor 2nd Addition,
lying easterly of the centerline of said Manor Circle,
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as COUNTRYSIDE MANOR 3RD ADDITION, and do
hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the drainage and utility easements as shown
on the plat.
