Beginning at the mid -point of the Easterly line of said Lot 58, which *point is marked by a judicial landmark set pursuant to
Torrens Case Number 5553; thence Westerly, passing through the midpoint of said Lot 51, to the shore line of Lake Minnetonka, said
line being marked by a judicial landmark set pursuant to Torrens Case Number 5553, distant 478.3 feet Westerly from its point of
beginning; thence Southerly along said shore line to the intersection with the Westerly extension of the Southerly line of said Lot 49;
thence Easterly along said extended line, and along the Southerly line of said Lots 49 and 60, to the most Easterly corner of said
Lot 60, said most Easterly corner of Lot 60 and a point on the Westerly extension of the Southerly line of Lot 49 distant 482.55 feet
Westerly from the most Easterly corner of said Lot 60 being marked by judicial landmarks set pursuant to Torrens Case Number 5580;

erly corner, the Southerly line of which tract is marked by judicial landmarks, one fixed at the Southeasterly corner of said tract,
and the other fixed on the Southerly line of said tract at a point 480.43 feet West of the Southeasterly corner of said tract,
according to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for said County,
have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as COLORADO SPRINGS , and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use
forever the drainage and utility easements as shown on this plat. t
