Peterson, husband and wife, contract purchasers of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin,
State of Minnesota, to wit:
All that part of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 35, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the
5th Principal Meridian described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the center line of
former County Highway No. 27, now known as Old Long Lake Road, with the east line of Section 35, Township
1.18, Range 23, a distance of 502.5 feet, more or less, south of the east 1/4 corner of said Section 35;
thence northwesterly along the center line of said former County Highway No. 27, a distance of 338.3 feet
to a point; thence turning left a deflection angle of 122 degrees, 48 minutes a distance of 745.0 feet to
a point; thence turning left a deflection angle of 102 degrees, 25 minutes to a point on the east line of
the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 35; thence north along said east line to the point of beginning.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as CLUB HOUSE TURN and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public for
public use forever the road and the easements for drainage and utility purposes as shown on the plat.
