Know all men by these presents that Herman G. Vanderborght and Jutta Vanderborght, husband and wife, owners and proprie-
tors of the following -&Ascribed property situated in the State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin, to wit: The
South 25 feet of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter, the North 300 feet of the South 325
feet of the East 4.47 feet of the West 972 feet of said North half of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter, and
that part of the Test 33 feet of said North half of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter lying North of the
South 25 feet thersof and South of the North 280 feet thereof, in Section 31, Township 118 North, Range 23 West of the
5th Principal Meridian, have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as CHIPPEWA , and do hereby donate and dedi-
cate to the public for public use forever the road and lane as shown on this plat.
