Know all men by these presents that Herman G. Vanderborght and Jutta Vanderborght, husband and wife, owners and proprie-
tors of the following -described property situated in the State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin, to wit: That
part of the North 308 feet of the South 333 feet of the North half of the Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of
