KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:That Greenfield Corporation, a Minnesota
corporation, an undivided one-half Interest, and Hilloway Corporation, a Minnesota corporation, an
undivided one-half interest, fee owners of the following described property situated in the County
of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
The West 112 of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter except that part of the West
274.77 feet which lies South of the North 580 feet and North of the South 545.34 feet and
except the East 17 feet of the West 50 feet of the South 470 feet of the North 503 feet thereof
and except the East 15 feet of the West 65 feet of the South 30 feet of the North 88 feet
thereof, Section 6, Township 117, Range 23, according to the Government Survey thereof,
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as CHADWICK, and do hereby donate and
dedicate to the public for public use forever the Road, Drive, drainage and utility easements and
drainage easements as shown on the plat.
