accretions to said Tracts W, X and F, all described as follows:
Beginning at the most Easterly corner of said Tract W; thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of said
Tract W and its extension to the shore line of the lagoon• thence Northerly, Easterly and Southeasterly along
the shore line of the lagoon and along the shore line of Lake Minnetonka to the Northeasterly extension of the
Southeasterly line of said Tract W; thence Southwesterly to the point of beginning.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as CASCO POINT ADDITION.
