In fae�,I paid John to grade/level the road to the bdck of tny property so that 1 could move matcrials along this rodd to my building site. A recent survcy, however, sh�wed that a portion of the road is aclually on lohn's property, T}us survey, several eita[ions issued by thc city forcing Jokx.a to remove junk from thc ist-�nd and aa ongoing teud be[wt;cn lohrt and snot,4aer la,ud owncr on tlie islsnd have procnptcd John to block the road refusing access to anyone. Joh❑ appears to bc very unstabte and I'm not sure what ac[ion l�e tnight lake sliould someone attcmpt to movc his blockade and use the road. I still havc some expensivc materials that I would like to move to thc island for building tl�is spring, The size and natttre of thesc matenials (la�gc windowc, doors and cabi,,,;ts) makc;t difficult to use thc alcc�ate route. T'm asking the city look at this situation immedistcly, cOclside�ng a tetnpor2iry injunetion against John Uraa blocking[hu access/road uutil a dccision on advcrse possescion and/or the dCvclopment of plotted access uin bc addresscd. The following Record Lot classification will be considered accurate and final unless you have some reason to dispute the facts used to make the classification. Record Lot identification forms the basis for the granting of autonatic lot area variances that "G:andfather" existing properties of less than 5 acres in area.
