vacated together with the southerly half of the east west vacated alley as. delineated in Block 6 and
dedicated on said plat, lying between the northerly extensions of the east and west lines of said Lot 10
and together with the northerly half of vacated Rose Street as dedicated on said plat, lying between
the southerly extensions of the east and west lines of said Lot 10.
Has caused the some to be surveyed and platted as CARRIAGE HILL and does hereby donate and dedicate to
the public for public use forever the road, drive and drainage and utility easements as shown on this plat.
