KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS: That Bruce G. Paddock, single, fee owner of the
following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Lots 1 and 3, Block 1, BRACKETTS POINT;
ALSO
That part of vacated Bracketts Point Road, as said road was dedicated to the public in
the plat of REARRANGEMENT OF ORONO POINT, which lies southerly of a line drawn
from the most westerly corner of Lot 1, Block 1, BRACKETTS POINT, to the most
northerly corner of Lot 3, said Block 1,
Has caused the same to be surveyed and platted as BRACKETTS POINT 2ND ADDITION, and does
hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the public way, and the drainage and
utility easements as shown on the plat.
In witness whereof said Bruce G. Paddock, single, has hereunto set his hand this day of
