The Landschute Group Inc., a Minnesota corporation, contract purchaser, of the following described property
situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Lot 12 except that part thereof lying Easterly of a line drawn parallel with and 310 feet West from the East
line of Lot 12 and its Northerly extension; Lot 13 except the North 124.7 feet of the East 310 feet of Lot 13;
the west 121 feet of Lot 16; Lot 18, "Auditor's Subdivision Number 203, Hennepin County, Minnesota, according
to the recorded plat thereof.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as BAYSIDE WOODS and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public
for public use forever the street and the easements for drainage and utility purposes and the easements for
drainage purposes as shown on the plat.
