KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS; That Betty L. Miner, the Personal Representative of the Estate of Andrew E.
Miner, fee owner, and Landmark Construction, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, contract purchaser, and Builders
Development & Finance, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, mortgagee of the following described property situated in
the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit;

117, Range 23 lying North of a line described as beginning at a point on the East line of said Northeast Quar-

line of said Lake Street, and there ending, and lying Northerly of a line described as follows; Beginning at

Commencing at the southeast corner of said Lot; thence West along the south line of said Lot a distance
of 300 feet to the point of beginning of said "Line C"; thence deflecting right 85 degrees to the north
line of said south 200 feet, and said "Line C" there terminating,
ALSO EXCEPT that part of the north 488,00 feet of the south 688,00 feet of said Lot 53 lying westerly of
LANDING
the following described line;
Commencing at the terminus of said "Line C" thence North parallel with the east line of said Lot to
the north line of said south 688,00 feet and said line there ending,
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as BAYSIDE LANDING, and do hereby donate and dedicate to the
public for public use forever the Road, and the drainage easements and drainage and utility easements as shown
on the plat.
