KNOW ALL PERSON BY THESE PRESENTS: That Loren Verne Butterfield and Betty F.
Butterfield, husband and wife, owners and proprietors of the following de-
scribed property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to
Wit:
That part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 32,
Township 118 North, Range 23 lying Westerly of the West line of Outlot A,
Hillaway Farm and _.ts Northerly extension, which lies Southerly of a line
parallel with and 74 feet Southwesterly from, a line. -drawn -Southeasterly

corner of Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 32,
which lies Southerly of a line described as beginning at a point on the West
line of said Section 32 distant 878.6 feet Southerly from the Northwest cor-
ner of said Southwest Quarter; thence Easterly parallel with the North line
of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 100.81 feet; thence deflect to the
left it degrees 09 minutes 24 seconds to the center line of Watertown Road;
thence Southeasterly along said centerline to said most Westerly line of
Hillaway Farm and there terminating.

Oudot A, Hillaway Farm, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota.
Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as BABYSBREATH HEIGHTS, and do
hereby donate and dedicate to the public for public use forever the Road,
drainage and utility easements and drainage easements as shown on the plat.
