Know all persons by these presents that Edward J. Callahan, Jr., married, and Kendall Ankeny Mix, married, as trustees

a judicial monument; thence West parallel to the South line thereof 518.015 feet, said point being marked by a
judicial monument; thence Northwesterly to a point on the West line of said Northwest quarter distant 475.5 feet North
from the Southwest corner thereof, said point being marked by a judicial monument; thence North along said West
line to the Southerly right-of-way line of the Minnesota Western Railway Company,(how known as Luce Line Trail);
thence Northeasterly along said Southerly right-of-way line to an intersection with the West line of the East 700
feet of said Northwest quarter; thence South along said last-mentioned West line to a point 900 feet North from
the South line of said Northwest quarter; thence East, parallel to said South line, to the East line of said North-
west quarter; thence South along said East line to the point of beginning, except the South 900 feet of the East
700 f6et thereof, according to the Government Survey thereof,
have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as ABINGDON GLEN , and do hereby donate and dedicate to the public
for public use forever the drainage and utility easements and the drive is shown on this plat.
