Know all men by these presents that Carl G. Budenski and Bertha Me Budenski, husband and wife, owners and proprietors of the
following -described property situated in the State of Minnesota and the County of Hennepin, to wit: All that part of the East
half of the Southeast quarter lying South of the Minnesota Western Railway Company right-of-way and East of a line drawn paral-
lel with and 500 feet West of the East line of said East half of the Southeast quarter of Section 36, Township 118 North, Range
23 West, except the following: Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section 36, 104 feet North of the Southeast cor-
ner thereof; thence North along said East line 208 feet; thence West parallel with the South line of said Section 208 feet;
thence South parallel with the East line of said Section 2C8 feet; thence East parallel with the South line of said Section to
the point of beginning. Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as ALLO-RAE TERRACE and do hereby donate and dedicate
to the public for public use forever the avenue and drive as shown on the annexed plat;"also subject to utility and drainage
easements as shown on the annexed plat.
