Tt i.s understood tk�at t.h.e number of bed.rooms are not to change and no changes are to be made tv the pluznb.i.ng. The current septic system is compr.�sed of a 1000 gal. & a 750 gal pl.astic septic tanks. Tk�e tanks axe followed by a gravity SB2 system that i.s 24" deep. The cunrent septic system appeaxs to meet al.l current setbacks. The current system is on the on.l.y apparent spot f.or a septic systeyr on this lot. A,n upgraded system would have to go over fihe top of. this system, zn order to maintain s�tbacks. The curr�n.t system only has l' of separation between bottom of trench and mottled soils. It was detenmi.n.ed at this time due ta the seasona� use and the v�ry small amount of water used in this dwEllin.g that the cu�rt�ent system wil.l. be allowed to stay in. use as is.
