It has been established that the current private residential on -site sewage disposal systems in this area have created a Problem. Ile are now in t•he process of having an engineering study made to try to resolve these problems. An expanded use in the area will result in expanded sewer disposal systems. 14. The area immediately surrounding the Stubbs Bay Marina is zoned Z acre residential. The area located less than 2 9000 ft , west of the marina is zoned 5 acre residential. A residence is charged with one sewer charge both by our standards and Metro waste Commission. A restaurant, however, is assessed a SAC charge at a ratio of 1 SAC unit per eight seats in the establishment. This gives some relationship to the extent of sewer requirements between restaurants and single family dwellings.
