Dear Mr. Backes :
After reviewing the file for the above subject property, we
have found that your well driller failed to get the proper
permit. Since this is required before a certificate of occupancy
can be issued, I am requesting that you furnish the name of the
company in writing to my office.

I received your note dated March 14 , 1988 , regarding the water
supply to the dwelling unit on the above property.
Since you have no water supply at this time the structure is not
habitable and a certificate of occupancy will not be issued .
