Work Session Minutes

PRESENT: Mayor Dennis Walsh, Council Members Victoria Seals, Richard F. Crosby II,Aaron
Printup and Matt Johnson. Staff members present were City Administrator/Engineer Adam
Edwards, Parks & Golf Course Superintendent Josh Lemons, Finance Director Ron Olson,
Community Development Director Laura Oakden, and City Clerk Anna Carlson.
1. Budget Discussion
Finance Director Ron Olson presented the preliminary budget. Olson discussed that the
tax rate is currently decreasing, however the actual number will not be available until the
City approves the levy. Olson also briefed the Council on debt issued, revenue and
expenditure budget details and lastly,went over the draft enterprise fund revenues and
expenses.
