This letter regards requirements upon you pursuant to conditions of a restoration order September 25, 2019. On
October 27, 2021, an Administrative Law Judge affirmed the part of the restoration order issued to you that
related to excavation.
The action you have taken to comply with the affirmed restoration order has been determined to be complete
based on my site inspection conducted July 20, 2022. Therefore, the restoration order is hereby satisfied.
If you plan any further work that may impact public waters, please contact this office, the City of Orono, and the
Minnehaha Creek Watershed District before commencing any work.
