H. "Driveway Turnaround" means a paved or otherwise -
ciearly delineated area which is part of or connected to a driveway
or driveway approach, on private property, sufficient in size for
an automobile or other vehicle to turn 180 degrees without ieaving
the paved or delineated area.
I. "Frontage" means the lot Iine abutting a pubiic
or private street.
J. "Parcel of Land" means a iot or contiguous iots
or a tract officially registered under one ownership.
K. "Private Road" means any street or roadway which
has not been dedicated to public use, or which is not maintained by
public funds, but which is open to travei pursuant to an easement
between persons or between a person or persons and the City.
L. "Pubiic Road" means the entire area dedicated to
pubiic use , or contained in a plat , an easement or other
conveyance, grant or by adverse possession, to the City or other
governmental body, and shail include, but not be limited to,
roadways, bouievards, sidewalks, alleys, and other public property
between iaterai property Iines in which a roadway I.ies. Where

SEC. 6.02. APPLICATION. The provisions of City Code,
Chapters 6, 7 and 8, are applicable to the drivers of ai 1 vehicies
and animals upon streets and private roads , including, but no�
limited to, those owned or operated by the United States, the State
of Minnesota, or any county, town, city, district, or other
political subdivision.
SBC. 6.03. SCOPE AND ORDERS OF OFFICERS.
Subd. I. Scope. The provisions of Chapters 6 , 7 and 8
relate exclusiveiy to the streets, aileys and private roads in the
City, and the operation and parking of vehicies refer exclusiveiy
to the operation and parking of vehicles upon such streets, alley�
and private roads.
Subd. 2. Orders of an Officer. It is a misdemeanor fo�
any person to willfuliy fail or refuse to compiy with any lawfu�
order or direction of any poiice or peace officer invested by Zaw
with authority to direct, control or regulate traffic.
