Jeanne , I dori' t know what the City 's guidelines are as
far as multiple occupancies of single family residences
are concerned, however I have become aware that at the
address of 2300 Bayview Place , there are a number of
people residing in it. This is a residence that is owned
by Dan Segner and is rented to a Mary Coltzs . Mary in
turn is subletting the basement of the house out to a
Dale Dallmann and an Edward Marsh all Fahlstrom. Also
residing in the residence is a party by the name of
William Sauers , and Mary 's son , Scott Harrison , when
not residing in one of our correctional facilities ,
stays aL -'the residence as well.
We have �n pr?or times had complaints about the number
of dogs that Mary Coltzs keeps in the residence. We did
execute a sezrch warrant at the residence several weeks
back and at that time it was noted that the interior of
the house was in a very unsanitary condition beca�se of
the doq wastes th at were permiated into the carpeting and
laying about in the house.
I don ' t know what our zoning ordinances have to s ay in regards
to this matter and am passing information along to yau to
review should there be any violation. The majority of
the boys that stay at this residence do have criminal
histories and have been responsible for a number of the
bt�r?laries that have occurred in the Navarre and Spring
Park area recently .
