SITE SPECIFICATIONS

All footings sliall. bear on undisturbed soil.
Depth of footing,s shall be determined by local con-
tractor in accordance with local custoin but in no case
less th<�n four feet below ti►e Cinl�:hed Krade nt [he
s[ructure.
It ahall be the responsibility oE the local
mason contractor to provide supervision neceyer�ry to
avoid damage to below grade masonry walls wt�en back-
filling. The top of all poured concrete walls ahall be
troweled smooth.
It shall be the responsibility of the local
mason contractor to acquaint himself with soil con-
ditions at the building site and to increase the
eize and strength of masonry as required. No de-
crease in size and strength ahall be allowed. �/
It shall be the responaibility of the local
plumbing contractor to provide necessary fuel
supply, water hookup and drainage to plumbing fix-
tures and boiler. Waus�u Homea ahall be reaponaible
for repair of leaka in package plumbin� only if
necessary hookup of water and drainage is provided
while erection crew is at the site; otherwise the
local plumber shall assume responsibility for repair
of all leaka.
