DESCRIPTION OF VIOLATION: This matter came to the City's attention by a complaint
from a neighbor. Storage of an unlicensed inoperable vehicle exists on the property. Ms.
Segner has had similar violations with unlicensed inoperable vehicles on other property she owns
adjacent to hers.

SEC. 9.50. JIINR CARS, FQRNITIIRE, HOQSEHOLD FQRNISHINGS AND
APPLIANCES STORED ON PIJBLIC OR PRNATS PROP$RTY. I t i s unlaw f u 1 to
park or store any unlicensed, unregistered or inoperable motor
vehicle lacking essential parts , household furnishings or
apoliances, or parts or components thereof, on any property, public
or private, unless housed within a lawfully erected building. Any
violation of this Section is declared to be a nuisance and upon
seven days written notice to the owner, as show n by the records in
the office of the County Auditor, of private pre mises on which such
material is �ound , the City may remove the same and certify the
cost of such removal as any other special assessment. For the
purpose of this Section, an inoperable motor veha=ts essential
defined as lacking, including but not limited to, p
to operation, such parts being wheels, tires, motor , drive train,
battery, or having two or more flat tires, or having the interior,
including the driver's position, used for storage in such a manner
that no person can operate the vehicle.

property. For the purpose of this Section, a "motor vehicle" is as
defined in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 169.
� SEC. 9.52. PROHIBITED USE AND PARRING OF MOBZLE HOMES AND
RECRF�TIONAI, CAMPING VSHICLBS.
Subd. 1. Definitions. The terms "mobile home" and
"recreational camping vehicle" shall mean and include the following
definitions, and shall not include any manufactured housse lunQ=
bearing a State of Minnesota Manufactured Housing
certificate.
A. "Travel Trailer " - A vehicular , portable
structure built on a chassis, designed to be used as a temporary
dwelling for travel, recreational, and vacation uses, permanently
identified "Travel Trailer" by the manufacturer of the trailer.
8. "Pick-up Coach" - A structure deaWella ng� for
mounted on a truck chassis for use as a temporary
travel, recreation and vacation.
C. "Motor Home" - A portable, temporary dwelling to
be used for travel, recreation and vacation, constructed as an
integral part of a self-propelled vehicle.
D. "Camping Trailez" - A folding structure, mounted
on wheels and designed for travel, recreation and vacation uses.
