On May 17, 2017 your application for rezoning and master plan approval for a 40 unit condominium building at 2520
Shadywood Road was considered to be complete.
The current deadline for City action on your application is July 17, 2017. Because the City Council will not finalize the
resolution for your request by that date, , the City is extending the time period for City action on application #17-3940
under Minn. Stat. § 15.99, subd. 3(f). Please note the time period for action on this application is hereby extended
until September 17, 2017.
Based on its vote on July 10th, the Council will consider a resolution of denial at their meeting on July 24th. Please
