I am writing in regards to your property at 2253 Bayview Place, tax parcel number 17-
117-23-44-0029. This Office has received a complaint concerning garbage being stored
outside on the property. I realize that this is probably a rental property, but as the owners
you are still responsible for the actions of your tenants.
The exterior of the property must be cleaned up by August 17, 2007. Please feel free to
