RE: Occupancy Permit
Dear Mr. Meline:
The following must be completed to issue a Certificate of Occupancy on your residence.
1. Complete septic system
2. Plumbing final-visual inspection and air test required, plumber must be on site for
inspection, complete any corrections.
3. Mechanical Final - Visual inspection, complete any corrections
4. Electrical inspection - complete any corrections
5. House final - complete any corrections
6. Fill must be removed from 26 feet wetland setback
7. Driveway must stay on your property and frontage road must be used. Short cut
to county road must be closed off.
A deadline of July 30, 2001 has been established. If this deadline is not met; the City will
initiate legal action. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at my office.

Dear Mr. Meline:
It has been some time since you have scheduled an inspection. Since you
homesteaded the house, I assume you are living there. If you are or not the City must
require a progress inspection.
Please call this office to set up the inspection before February 2, 2001. If this
deadline is not met the City may initiate legal action. If you have any questions please
