This letter is regarding the lack of a compliant septic system on your property. Our office
been in contact with you for the past couple of years about getting a mound put in on o has
property. Since it is still not installed and winter is almost here, we need a signed purnp n
agreement from you. This agreement will ensure the existing tanks will be pumped during he
winter and we will have record when they are actuall
permit so the mound can be installed as soon as poss b e ext spr ng.aIf we do not ha gean septic
contact with you by November 5,2002, I will forward this to our attorney. I am treatin his as
an imminent health threat until we get the proper permits and agreement into our office. g

A-GREEMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF ON-SITE SEPTIC SYSTEM
I�We' do hereby acknowledge that an on-site septic system
(Name(s) of Owners)
located on the property with the address of 4775 Bavside Road must be installed to be in full
compliance with the City of the Orono Municipal Septic Code. This shall include a mound to be
built and the existing tanks to be pumped until the mound is built. Each time the tanks are
pumped, we must receive documentation. Terms of this agreement shall run with the property,
not with the owner(s). Future transfer of the property shall not void this agreement.
And further, I/We agree that such installation will be completed no later than Julyl, 2003.
