I/We, do hereby acknowledge that an on-site septic system
(Name(s) of Owners)
located on the property with the address of 4775 Bavside Road must be installed to be in full
compliance with ihe City of the urono iviunicipal Sepiic �ode. This shali inciude a mound to be
built and the existing tanks to be pumped until the mound is built. Each time the tanks are
pumped, we must receive documentation. Terms of this agreement shall run with the property,
not with the owner(s). Future transfer of the property shall not void this agreement.
And further, I/We agree that such installation will be completed no later than Julyl, 2003.
