Re: Driveway Closure at 4775 Bayside Road (CSAH 84)
Dear Mr. Meline,
We have noted and appreciate the re-establishment of access to the private street serving your site.
However, the restoration of the boulevard along County State Aid Highway(CSAH) 84, Bayside
Road, is still lacking.
If the turf restoration is not completed by August 1, 2004, Hennepin County will be forced to take
other action, such as posts, to physically preclude further use of this unauthorized driveway.
