Subject: 4775 Bayside Road - Building Permit for Shed (#A10590)

The property owner has applied for a permit to build a 12'x 16'shed. There is a
drainage easement for wetlands shown on the survey from when the house was
constructed (1998) and a Manage 2 wetland on the property on our maps. There is a
small part of the plat grading plan in the property file. It shows a "delineated
wetland" on the property. The shed is too close to the easement so I looked at an
aerial to get an idea where the wetland was. Looks like the wetland has been
partially filled.
I would like you to take a look at the property to determine where the wetland
currently is. I haven't gone to the plat �le to see if there is a delineation report. I can
put together background information for you. Let me know if you want to pick it up
or if I should f� or mail it to you.
Of course nothing is ever simple. According to the building permit survey the house
sits about 5 feet from the edge of this easement. We have already issued a permit for
a porch that extends into this easement.
