Note the financial guarantee is written to 150% of the cost of those improvements and shows the adjusted amount to be $51,570. Please be advised that the City cannot issue building permits for new construction within the plat until the City is in receipt of the required letter of credit. I ha��e once again enclosed a copy of the letter of credit form required by the City. Please also disregard the engineer's comments regarding private road standards as access to Lots l, 3,�nd 4 is via a private driveway. The City will require the drive as shown in design/spec plans be paved. We have address assignments for the new lots created in the Chadwick plat. Please contact the City offices �vhen you are ready to install the address signage at Bayside at the intersection of the private driveway with Bayside.
