Dear Mr. Vang:
As per our telephone conversation of Wednesday, I reviewed the window detail area
below the windows with Bruce Pottle at the Minnesota Lathing and Plaster Bureau. His
recommendation was to use Vulkem Caulk to caulk the felt paper to window frames. The
work was completed per instructions today.
