THE EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF FINAL SUSDIVISI0�1 APPROVAL
FOR A LOT LINE REARRA�\GE��ENT AT 4680/4720 BAYSIDE ROAD

WHEREAS,on November 23, 1998 the City Council of the City of Orono adopted
Resolution No. 4205 granting approval for a subdivision of a lot line rearran�ement proposed by
applicants Michael Sletten and Mary Kay Sletten aka Mary Kay Snetsinger (hereinafter "the
subdividers") involving the properties located at 4680 and 4720 Bayside Road; and
WHEREAS,the effective period of subdivision approval was set to expire on May
23rd, 1999; and
`VHEREAS, the applicants' attorney advised the Council that they were unable to
complete the conditions of subdivision approval�vithin the 6-month efFective period of subdivision
approval because of a lack of response from certain mortjagees of the property located in Ne�v
Jersey vvho must consent to the subdivision, and that a 6-month extension �vas requested; and
WHEREAS,on May 24, 1999 the City Council granted the requested extension to
No��ember 23, 1999; and
`VHEREAS,on November 22, 1999 the City Attorney requested an additional one
month extension of the effective period of subdivision approval due to the lack of additional
documents required for filing,which documents are expected to be delivered to the City within one
�ti�eek.
NO`V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Orono that the effective period of subdivision approval for the subdivision of a lot line
rearrangement by Michael Sletten and Mary Kay Sletten aka Mary K. Snetsin�er of property located
at 4680 and 4720 Bayside Road as originally approved per the conditions of Resolution No. 420�,
adopted on November 23, 1998 is hereby eYtended to December 23, 1999.

held this 22nd day of November, 1999.
